The staff were exceptionally welcoming, the breakfast was delicious. Very special location, within walking distance of cenotes casa tortuga tulum. The beach nearby was tidy and the view was picturesque. An ultimate hotel, great value, enjoyed it.

Nothing too much trouble, thank you for a such wonderful stay. The place was tidy and staff was highly professional. Lots of options for breakfast including bacon, fresh fruit and cheese;)))

This hotel was decent place for exploring Tulum, loved it. The room was facing garden. The restaurant was located within 400 feet.

the hotel provided us with a mini fridge bar and a coffeemaker in the room. close enough to an amazing beach.

Tbh, the street was usually noisy.

just a 10-minute stroll to the center. apartment had everything you could need. this hotel is equal to 2 stars.

The location was not ideal, it's a pitty.
